As of January 2024, Guinness World Records reports that sections of Night of the Living Dead have appeared in 129 movies, including notable titles like Halloween II, Christiane F., Fade to Black, Proof, and Stir of Echoes. If you haven’t seen the film yet, you definitely should! This iconic horror film follows a group of people trapped in a farmhouse during a zombie apocalypse. As the undead close in, tensions rise, forcing them to work together to survive the night while confronting their own fears. Released on October 1, 1968, Night of the Living Dead not only changed the zombie genre but also made a lasting impact on horror films and culture.
